Completed for RJP Electric, this project is an approximately 60,000-square-foot warehouse & corporate headquarters tenant improvement.

This project consists of an approximately 60,000 SF warehouse and corporate headquarters tenant improvement completed within an existing CMU facility. The renovated space includes an approximately 40,000 SF warehouse and 20,000 SF office, integrating corporate, administrative, and warehouse operations within a single facility.

The project included demolition of the existing office space and construction of a new headquarters buildout utilizing light-gauge metal stud framing. The warehouse maintains a 24-foot clear height, providing functional space for storage, material handling, and distribution operations.

Warehouse access is supported by two drive-in doors, allowing direct movement of materials and equipment into the facility. Fire and life safety systems include an NFPA 13-compliant fire protection system serving the renovated space. The tenant improvement was engineered to repurpose the existing building into a functional corporate headquarters and warehouse environment while maximizing use of the existing structure.
