ARCO Celebrates 30 Year Anniversary
On July 27, 1992, Dick Arnoldy and Jeff Cook founded ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø on the basic principle that the construction process should be enjoyable for our customers and associates. Since, ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø has seen tremendous success, growing from a single office in St. Louis, Missouri to a multi-billion dollar enterprise. From successfully completing our first year of business to beginning construction on the largest project in ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø history and everything in-between, we are proud of every milestone we have achieved along the way. Awards and Recognition
ARCO Vice President John Komlos receives the Award of Professional Distinction in Civil Engineering from his Alma Mater, the Missouri University of Science and Technology.
Leadership and Promotions
We announced the promotion of four members of the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Construction & Affiliates leadership team this year. Scott Vogelsang & Dan Larson are now Directors/Principals for ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Construction and ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Senior Living Multi-Family, respectively. Steve L’Hommedieu is now Vice President of West Coast Operations – overseeing all of our California projects for ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Senior Living Multi-Family. BJ Keane is now Vice President of Operations for ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Mountain West in Phoenix. We recognize and appreciate their commitment to ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø’s success.
Jobsite Events
In 2022 we celebrated many milestones throughout the lifespan of our projects. Groundbreakings and ribbon cuttings begin and end the work we do on the jobsite, but our relationship with our clients extends beyond project close out. We are grateful to our clients for trusting ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø and our abilities to continue to deliver turn-key solutions that add value to their businesses.
Elevate SafePoint | Clearwater, Florida
ARCO joined Safepoint Senior Living, American Healthcare Management Group and project architect, Spellman Brady & Company, for the groundbreaking of a new assisted living and memory care community in Clearwater, Florida. Located on a ±7.2 acre site, Elevate Senior Living will include 96 units over ±54,700 SF. ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø is proud to be part of this exciting project and looks forward to its completion in the Spring of 2023! Grossmont Post Acute Care | Grossmont, California
ARCO Senior Living | Multi-Family joined Ensign Services at the groundbreaking ceremony for the Grossmont Post Acute Care Center in La Mesa, California. The OSHPD 2 two-story development consists of 102 semi-private skilled nursing beds and three private skilled nursing beds. Rawlings Westlink Expansion | Washington, Missouri
ARCO joined Rawlings Sporting Goods for a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the completion of their westlink expansion project in Washington, Missouri. This warehouse expansion adds 150,000 SF of narrow aisle distribution space and 15 dock positions to the existing facility. Rawlings Sporting Goods expanded their distribution operations to support the combination of the Rawlings and Easton brands and their continued growth. The Rail | St. Louis, Missouri
In December, ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø broke ground on a new multifamily development in St. Louis, Missouri for . The Rail will feature a 268 unit, four-story apartment building with along with 1,500 SF of commercial space and structured parking.
