ARCO Construction has broken ground on VIA, a transformative mixed-use development in downtown Springdale. The project, developed by Bentonville-based Blue Crane and designed by BUF Studio and modus studio, will bring more than 150 residential units and 11,600 square feet of retail space to the downtown core.

The groundbreaking ceremony brought together community leaders including Springdale Mayor Doug Sprouse, Downtown Springdale Alliance Executive Director Paxton Roberts and Blue Crane Development Partner Farris DeBoard.

The development encompasses four multistory buildings on a 2.5-acre site, totaling about 160,000 square feet. The project includes 111,000 square feet of residential space, 36,000 square feet of community space and 11,600 square feet of retail space.
